- We currently accept credit and debit cards via the PayPal shopping cart system, one of the safest ways to pay online. PayPal’s data security is state of the art: PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you are still concerned about using a credit card online, we also accept cheque and postal order payments from UK buyers. Please note that international buyers must use PayPal.
- In the unlikely event that someone has purchased the same goods as yourself due to the technology failing, a full refund will be made unless you woudl like to choose an alternative.
- Postage Rates are quoted for UK only. Please e-mail for International rates.
- All Purplekitchen Art Yarns and Stitchmarkers are unique, hand dyed or made, with love. Enjoy!
- All internal sitichmarker Ring-diameters are approximate.
- Tibetan Silver is approximately 20% Silver. This is only an approximate as the industry is not highly regulated.
- Bali Silver is .925 Sterling Silver Equivalent, but of course, not hallmarked.
- The .925 Sterling Silver is not hallmarked, as the Headpins and Beads fall under the regulation weight for Hallmarking.
- Venician Glass Beads mostly come from Venice, Italy. However, due to the global natural of trade these days, some bead stocks come from India, Hong Kong and many other places in the World. They are all beautiful though.
- We try to ensure that beads are faultless when shipped, and cracked ones are always discarded in the making up process.
- Your purchases will usually be dispatched via Royal Mail on the next working day after purchase. Sari-Silks are dispatched direct from Mint fabrics in India. Please note that if you are an international buyer, you may have to pay a customs charge on receipt of your package.
- All fragile goods are packed in in bubblewrap, to ensure their safe arrival.
- You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within seven days of receipt of the goods. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card through PayPal will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and to return them by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier.
Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items. We will not refund the postage cost of returned orders.
- In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch a replacement order on return of the faulty items.
- We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will not pass on your email address to any third party, nor use it for any reason other than to update you on new products and services.
